This policy clearly explains the return window, eligible products, return method, shipping costs, refund method, and processing timeline for purchases from OUTDOOR ELEMENTS LLC.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. This window applies both to buyer’s-remorse returns and to products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, subject to the different cost rules below.

Return Method: By Mail

Returns are accepted by mail only. Outdoor Elements does not currently offer in-store returns.

  1. Email Contact@oeyard.com with your order number, the item being returned, and the reason. Include photographs for damage, defects, missing parts, or an incorrect product.
  2. Wait for return authorization and a prepaid return label. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
  3. Securely pack the product with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts when available, attach the label, and give it to the designated carrier.

Please obtain authorization and the prepaid label before mailing a product so the return can be identified and processed correctly.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

Outdoor Elements pays authorized return shipping for eligible returns by providing a prepaid return label. This includes eligible buyer’s-remorse returns and confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return. Do not purchase postage without our written instruction, because unapproved shipping costs may not be reimbursed.

Return Condition

For a buyer’s-remorse return, the product must generally be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, serial labels, and proof of purchase. Opening a shipping carton solely to inspect the product does not by itself make an otherwise eligible item nonreturnable.

Nonreturnable Products

Except where required by law or when a product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, returns are not accepted for:

  • products clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase;
  • personalized, customized, special-order, or made-to-order products;
  • gift cards, digital goods, or downloaded products;
  • opened consumables, chemicals, fuels, oils, adhesives, paint, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and regulated products;
  • products with removed serial labels or damage caused by installation, misuse, abuse, accident, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized repair;
  • opened products that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

Sale-priced products remain eligible unless they were clearly identified as Final Sale before checkout. Manufacturer warranties may apply separately.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Products

Inspect deliveries promptly and keep the product and packaging. Contact us within the 30-day return window with photos of the product, package, shipping label, damage, or missing parts. After review, we may offer replacement parts, replacement, exchange, or a full refund. Outdoor Elements pays authorized return shipping.

Refund Amount and Method

After the authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. An eligible return receives the product purchase price and applicable sales tax. Because standard shipping is free, there is no standard outbound shipping charge to refund. Optional expedited or special-service fees are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error or the service was not provided.

Refund Processing Time

We normally process an approved refund within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on availability. We may ship a replacement or ask you to return the original product and place a new order. Outdoor Elements covers authorized shipping for an approved exchange.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins. If we successfully cancel before shipment, any captured payment will be refunded to the original payment method. If the product has shipped, use the return process above.
